Insulation tubing is designed for shielding and insulating pipes. Crafted from lightweight elastomeric nitrile rubber, boasting an impressively low thermal conductivity. Making it an ideal product for staving off condensation and frost formation on cooling systems. As well as chilled water lines and refrigerant lines while retaining heat in hot water pipes and solar systems.

Its pliable walls guard against external impacts and vibrations, evading corrosion from industrial activities and adverse atmosphere. Furthermore, as a closed cell foam, it is water-resistant, fire-retardant, ozone and ultraviolet-resistant, CFC and chlorine-free, and resistant to most chemical agents and pipe metals.

It can also be used as padding for protective applications such as shielding sharp edges and corners.

We stock a variety wall thickness and ID sizes. Our insulation tubing comes in a 1000mm and 2000mm length.
